Average height of assessed horses is 140 cm

Average height of all horses brought in for breeding assessment in the year 2009 was 1.40 cm (1m measured up to withers). A total of 2.525 horses were brought in for assessment in the FEIF member countries hosting horse breeding shows according to the FIZO rules. Average relevancy was also 1.40 cm and the highest assessed breeding horse measured 1.52 cm in height and the smallest measured 1.125 cm.
