Horses being used when woods are combed out

This morning, Wednesday February 3rd a television show was being made, covering various matters, one of them was combing out woods in an environmentally friendly way. A horse was used to pull the logs out of the woods.
It is the Agricultural University of Iceland which is representing this television material, and the show will be a part of a series which the school has been working on regarding gardening, growing vegetables and other related matters. Filming took place in the woods above the LBHÍ, school of horticulture at Reykir, Ölfus.
The horse which was used in the television show is in fact retired but did not resist being taken from the heard of horses, his friends, in order to participate in this assignment. It was Sara Dögg Traustadóttir who attended to and directed the horse. Guðríður Helgadóttir, manager of work and division of continued education of LBÍ is also the administrator of the television series.
